Thembe is experienced at writing and performing compelling, heartfelt poems to mark special occasions such as weddings and award ceremonies.

She has also authored educational resources, magazine articles and critical reviews for a range of clients, including the brands listed below. Some examples of her commissioned work include: an educational resources for schools that incorporates poetry into the RSE curriculum, an impact journalism piece that involved interviewing and writing about creative innovation in London, a creative writing classroom activity published nationally for National Poetry Day 2018, and most recently a poem to mark the celebration of 75 years of England’s National Health Service, in partnership with University College Hospitals London.
